The Hardest Lesson You'll Ever Learn in Special Education
Jan 20, 2021
A goal can always be written "smarter".
A therapy session can always go smoother.
The math lesson can always be better.
The reading lesson can always be more engaging.
The data collection can always be more accurate.
Parents and Teachers, There's a time to expect more and there's a time to give grace. All things can't be done at the highest level at all times.
You MUST keep the communication open between home and school to make sure everyone is working on the same top priorities with the same expected outcomes.
You're always going to have more to do and better outcomes to achieve.
That's how you know you're doing it right, you care to get it better next time.
And there will always be a next time.
So get some rest and get ready... the next opportunity is coming your way tomorrow!
